Exchange Policy Details
-Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds or returns. However, you may exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a different size or color within 14 days of your purchase.

 -Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

-Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.

-How to Exchange: Please email us at admin@luxapparelco.com with your order number and details about the exchange you'd like to make. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

-Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item back to you.
